Currently serving as the Engagement and Director of Compassionate Care at the Jewish Collaborative of Orange County, CA, she has successfully expanded vital community programs that support seniors experiencing emotional loss, grief, and health issues. Her role involves significant volunteer and donor development, illustrating her capacity to build and nurture key relationships within the community.
Previously, Mary Ann excelled as the Executive Director at Synagogue Temple Beth Emet in Anaheim, CA, where she revitalized the senior congregation with innovative programs and services, significantly increasing membership engagement and retention. Her leadership not only saved the only senior day care program in Orange County from closure but also enhanced the facility’s services, from educational programs to health support.
Her diverse background also includes pivotal roles in hotel and resort development analysis for Maverick Hotels and Restaurants, strategic consulting for Path with Heart, and leading real estate projects for large religious developments. Each role has benefitted from her strategic vision and meticulous approach to project management, leaving a lasting imprint on the organizations she has led.
